![]() The Emotional Scale from AAIIG is listed on the righthand side, and, on the lefthand side is kind of a vertical bar graph showing the range of the Emotional Scale in which each process (each represented by its own bar) is most effective. Now that I'm wanting to come back to the processes again, I dug this chart back out and thought perhaps I'd begin by sharing it here in case others might find it helpful as well. Once some years back, when I was first wanting to start using the AAIIG processes, I created the following chart so that I could see quickly at a glance all in one place which process(es) would be most useful to me at any given time based on where I currently was on the Emotional Scale. I really appreciate that this forum has so many experienced Abers who've enjoyed great success with the processes and have provided great examples here of how to use them and how transformative they can be! ![]() As I mentioned in my intro in the "Tell us about yourself" forum section, one of the reasons I joined this forum is that even though I've been absorbing Abe's teachings layer by layer for nearly a decade now, I've never really actually tried to do the AAIIG processes all that much yet, and I'd like to practice using them and incorporating them into my life. ![]() Hello, Everyone! I'm a newbie here, just joined a few days ago. ![]()
